Whether you're in Ohio or Oslo, your buyers are the same in one respect: the ones getting married in the States still have to walk into a print shop, upload to a warehouse printer, or run it through a home inkjet. Most of them have never prepared a file for print in their lives.
So two things happen. You earn nothing on a purchase that's still very much about your work. And when a design comes out muddy, cropped, or off-color, it isn't the printer's name on it — it's yours.

Six things we check before anything gets printed
This is the part that protects your name, not just your buyer's order. Every file gets looked at by a person. If something's wrong, we fix it or we write to them — we don't print it and hope.
Photo resolution
Low-res images caught before they print soft or pixelated.
Trim size
Confirmed against the finished size they've ordered.
Bleed
Added or extended so nothing cuts to a white edge.
Safe margins
Text pulled clear of the trim so nothing gets clipped.
Color accuracy
Checked for shifts that turn a soft sage into a grey.
File type
Flattened, embedded, and export-checked before press.
Written for you — copy it straight across
Once you have your link, this is the entire task. Use either version, both, or rewrite it in your own voice. Plenty of template shops list their print partner right in the listing; others keep it to the delivered guide. Entirely your call.

Questions designers ask before joining
I'm not based in the United States. Can I still join?
Yes. Where you design from doesn't matter — what matters is that your buyers are ordering in the U.S. If anything, this tends to be worth more to designers outside the States, because it's the one thing you can't offer your American customers yourself. Payouts go out in USD by PayPal wherever you are. We'll ask for a W-9 if you're a U.S. taxpayer, or a W-8BEN if you're not — a short form, once, at the start.
My templates are on Corjl or Templett, not Canva. Does that work?
Yes. We print from Canva, Corjl, Templett, or any print-ready PDF — the file is what matters to us, not the tool that made it. Your buyers download the way they already do and upload that file to us.
Do I have to change my Etsy listings?
No. The recommendation can live entirely in the printing guide or instructions file you already deliver. Some designers also add it to the listing description, and that's fine, but it's your shop and your call — we'd never ask you to do something you're not comfortable with.
Can I keep the printer I already recommend?
Yes. There's no exclusivity. Some designers list us as their U.S. option alongside whoever they already use elsewhere. We'd rather be one good choice on your list than an ultimatum.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. There's no fee, no minimum order volume, and no commitment. If it doesn't produce anything for you, remove the link and we'll part on good terms.
Is it $25 per order, or per item?
Per order. If a buyer orders 100 invitations with matching inserts and envelopes, that's one order and one $25 commission. It's a flat figure rather than a percentage so you always know what a referral is worth.
What happens if my buyer has a problem?
They deal with us, not you. We handle the file check, the printing, the shipping and any reprints. You've made a recommendation, not taken on a customer.
How do I know an order came from me?
Your link. When someone clicks it and orders, it's tracked automatically — no code for them to type, and no discount to apply. You'll get a monthly summary showing what came through and what you earned.
Do you print anything besides invitations?
Yes — save the dates, RSVP and detail cards, menus, programs, signage and thank-you cards. If you design it flat and it's meant to be printed, we can quote it.
