Three Things You Don't Pay Extra For
Most online printers treat these as add-ons and quietly stack them onto your total at checkout. We don't. Every Canva printing order includes all three.
Print-Ready File Check
Get an immediate print-readiness check online. Before anything prints, a real MCC specialist personally verifies your file and your proof — checking resolution, trim size, bleed, margins, color, and file type — and tells you in plain English exactly what to fix, free, before you commit to an order.
A7 Envelopes
White A7 envelopes sized to fit your 5" × 7" invitation, included with every order at no charge. Cream envelopes and printed return or guest addressing are available if you want them. See our envelope printing page for pricing and details.
Matching Insert Cards
Free insert cards for reception details, registry info, luncheon times, or temple sealing details — printed to match the Canva design you already made.
The free file check
Six Things We Check Before Anything Gets Printed
Canva is a genuinely good design tool, but it was built for screens. The download settings are where most wedding invitations quietly go wrong — and you don't find out until 200 cards are already printed. Here's exactly what we look at.
Photo resolution
Images pulled from a phone, Instagram, or a shared album often sit below 300 DPI at print size. They look perfect on your screen and print soft or grainy. We measure the real print resolution of every photo in your file.
Trim size
Plenty of Canva wedding templates aren't actually 5" × 7". If yours is off, we tell you before printing rather than scaling it and hoping — scaling is what makes type look subtly wrong.
Bleed
If your florals, photo, or color background runs to the edge, the file needs bleed. Canva doesn't include it unless you tick the box on download. Without it you get thin white slivers along the edges.
Safe margins
Names, dates, addresses, and ceremony details sitting too close to the trim line can end up clipped or visibly off-center. We check that everything important sits inside the safe zone.
Color accuracy
Screens emit light; paper reflects it. Blush pinks, sage greens, and deep navies are the most likely to shift. We flag colors that won't hold and recommend the stock that keeps your palette closest to your design.
File type
A PNG or screenshot will print noticeably softer than a PDF Print export. We check what you sent and tell you if a different export from the same design would give you a better result.
How it works
From Canva File to Printed Invitations: Printed 1-2 Business Days After Proof Approval
Local to us? Most Utah County orders get collected in person rather than shipped — see wedding invitations in Utah County.
Four steps, no account to create, and a real person on the other end the whole way through.
Upload Your File
Drop in your PDF or PNG. No account to create, and nothing is charged. Not sure whether it's right? Upload it anyway — that's exactly the point.
Takes 2 minutesWe Check It Free
Your file is checked for resolution, size, and bleed, and you'll see a preview of exactly how your card will print — along with your price.
Right away, on screenYou Approve the Proof
You get a proof to check names, dates, and layout. Changes are fine. Nothing prints until you say go.

Prices current as of October 2026. Each price is for the whole order of that quantity, not per invitation.

Brides Who Sent Us Their Own Design
These are verified Google reviews from customers who came to us with a design already finished — the same situation you're in right now.
"I got my invites, sealing cards, and photo inserts for my wedding invitations here and they were PERFECT! They were so easy to work with and I just designed my invite on Canva and sent it to them. I even got a discount for making my own design. They are super fast about making the sample prints and once I made my choice I got my invites back the NEXT DAY!"Alexa McCuneDesigned in Canva
"I had a design already made from someone else and just needed it printed. I was confused on how everything needed to be done. MCC answered ALL of my questions the same day I contacted them. They also had a mock up of the invite, plus printed different options for our inserts as well, again same day!! Our final prints came back quickly and so affordable."Jennifer JohnsonPrinting-only order
"The turnaround time was lightning fast! I had a proof in under 24 hours and the print was done 24 hours after that. Fantastic to work with, excellent quality, and the most competitive pricing I could find. I will definitely be using them for future needs!"Aislin DyerFast turnaround

How to Export a Print-Ready File from Canva
If you'd like to send the cleanest possible file, these four steps take about a minute. If any of it sounds confusing, skip it entirely and send what you have — sorting this out is exactly what the free file check is for. Want the longer walkthrough? Read how to print Canva wedding invitations without mistakes.
- Open your design in Canva. Your invitation, insert card, save the date, or thank you card — whichever you want printed.
- Choose Share → Download → PDF Print. This is the highest-quality export Canva offers and the one we'd always rather receive.
- Turn on crop marks and bleed if any color, photo, flowers, or background reaches the edge of your design. It's a checkbox on the download screen, and it's the single most commonly missed setting.
- Send it over with your quantity, wedding date, and paper preference. A Canva share link works too if the file is too large to email.
Corjl, Templett, and everything else
Not Using Canva? Send It Anyway.
Plenty of Etsy invitation templates are edited in Corjl or Templett rather than Canva. We print those exactly the same way, at the same price, with the same free file check. The file is what matters to us — not the tool that made it.
From Corjl
Personalize your design and approve the proof, then choose Download → PDF with the Bleed option turned on. Skip the trim-marks version — that one is meant for home printing and arrives with cut lines across the artwork.
From Templett
Click Download, choose PDF — High Quality, then select With Bleed rather than with trim marks. High-resolution PNG and JPG files work too.
Canva printing questions
Questions Brides Ask Before Sending Their File
Where can I print my Canva wedding invitations?
You can print Canva wedding invitations through Canva's own print service, a big-box copy shop, an online printer, or a dedicated wedding stationery printer like us. The difference is what happens to your file before it prints. Canva Print and most online printers run your file exactly as submitted — if the resolution is low or the bleed is missing, that's what you receive (see our side-by-side Canva Print vs MCC comparison). We check every file first and tell you what's wrong before you pay, then include free A7 envelopes and free matching insert cards. We ship to all 48 contiguous states for a flat $10.
What file type should I send from Canva?
PDF Print is best. In Canva, choose Share → Download → PDF Print. If your design has color, flowers, photos, or a background that runs to the edge, also check the crop marks and bleed option. A high-quality PNG or JPG usually works too — send whatever you have and we'll tell you if a different export would print better.
My template is from Corjl or Templett, not Canva. Can you print it?
Yes — same price, same free file check, same turnaround. Download it as a PDF with bleed from either platform and send it over. If your designer's instructions offer a trim-marks version as well, that one is meant for home printing; the bleed version is the one we want. Not sure which you have? Send it anyway and we'll tell you before anything prints.
What if my Canva file isn't print-ready?
Then we tell you — before printing, and before you're charged. We'll explain in plain language what's off (usually resolution, size, or bleed), and in many cases we can correct it on our end. Nothing goes to press until you've seen a proof and approved it. Reviewing your file costs nothing and doesn't obligate you to order.
Do you really include envelopes and insert cards for free?
Yes. Every order includes free white A7 envelopes sized for a 5" × 7" invitation and free matching insert cards for reception, registry, luncheon, details, or temple sealing information. They're part of the price, not an add-on. Cream envelopes, larger inserts, 4" × 6" photo inserts, and guest address printing are available as paid upgrades if you want them.
How fast can I get my invitations?
Most proofs go out within about one business day. Once you approve, most orders print within 1-2 business days. Add standard shipping time to reach you. Many customers go from sending a file to holding printed invitations inside of a week. If you're up against a deadline, call or text and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit your date.
My wedding is only a few weeks away. Can you still print my Canva invitations in time?
Usually, yes. Here is the typical timeline once you send your file: a proof in about one business day, printing in 1-2 business days after you approve, then shipping ($10 flat anywhere in the lower 48) or free pickup in Mapleton, Utah. Many brides go from sending a file to holding their invitations in about a week.
To save time: upload a print-ready PDF from Canva (PDF Print, with bleed if your design runs to the edge), approve your proof the same day you get it, and have your guest count ready. If your date is very close, call or text Janet at (801) 491-6931 before you order. She will tell you honestly whether we can make your date, and local brides can pick up the moment the order is done.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we print and ship to all 48 contiguous states for a flat $10. Everything is handled by email, phone, or text, so it makes no difference where you're planning your wedding. Local pickup is also available if you're near our shop in Utah County, Utah.
Alaska and Hawaii: we don't ship there at the moment — carrier costs are simply too high to include in our flat rate. If that's you, call or text (801) 491-6931 and we'll tell you honestly what it would take.
How much does it cost to print Canva wedding invitations?
Printing-only orders start at $90 for 25 invitations, $117 for 50 and $144 for 100 single-sided. These prices are for the whole order of that quantity, not per invitation. Envelopes, insert cards, and the file check are included, and so is our 10% printing-only discount for bringing your own design. Double-sided starts at $144 for 25. Per-invitation cost drops as quantity goes up. Full pricing for every quantity up to 1,000 is on our pricing page.
Can you print double-sided Canva invitations?
Yes. We print single-sided and double-sided Canva wedding invitations, including designs with an engagement photo, map, timeline, or extra details on the back. Send both sides as separate files or as a two-page PDF.
What else can you print from Canva besides the invitation?
Reception and details cards, registry cards, luncheon cards, LDS temple sealing inserts, save the date postcards, thank you postcards, envelope printing and guest addressing, plus wedding-day signs, welcome boards, and large photo prints. Sending everything together keeps the whole suite matching and usually saves on shipping.
What paper will my invitation be printed on?
Standard is 100# white matte or gloss cover stock — matte is the most popular choice and looks especially good with a lot of white space. Upgrades to 80# linen or pearl linen cardstock are available for a small per-invitation charge. If you're unsure, ask for a printed sample before committing to the full run.
Do I get a discount for designing it myself?
Yes. Because the design work is already done, printing-only orders skip the design fee and get 10% off printing. That discount is already included in the prices shown on this page — and you still get the free file check, free envelopes, and free insert cards.
Can I see a printed sample before ordering all of them?
Yes, and we recommend it if you're deciding between paper types. We regularly print sample cards so you can see and feel the stock before committing to the full quantity. Just ask when you send your file.
Do Canva wedding invitations come with envelopes?
When you print with MCC Wedding Invitations, yes. Every order includes free white A7 envelopes sized for a 5" × 7" invitation. Cream envelopes and guest address printing are paid upgrades; see our envelope printing page. Whether envelopes are included at other printers depends on the printer, so check before you order.
Can I pick up my Canva wedding invitations in Utah County?
Yes. Pickup is free at MCC Wedding Invitations, 616 West 600 South, Mapleton, Utah, for brides in Mapleton, Springville, Spanish Fork, Provo, Orem, and the rest of Utah County. Printing takes 1-2 business days after you approve your proof, and you can pick up the order as soon as it is done. More local details are on our wedding invitations in Utah County page.

MCC was recommended to me by a friend for our wedding invites and I’m so glad we went with them. Pricing is super reasonable and I was pleased with the quality (the included envelopes are pretty basic and see through, but they work and they give them to you at no extra charge). They answered the phone quickly whenever we called with questions. We had a friend design our invite on Canva, we sent it in, they left a sample on their porch for us to approve, and then the invites were ready within two days. It was such a slick process, I’d recommend them to anyone!

We received many compliments after they were sent out. Would definitely recommend and use their services again.

Janet & MCC Wedding Invitations was INCREDIBLE! She helped us through the process every step of the way. We were undecided on paper type so she graciously printed 3 samples for us to review. This made our choice so much easier. Once we placed the order, she had our ordered printed the VERY SAME DAY! And that included envelope printing. Pickup was simple and overall an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Janet and MCC Wedding Invitations to anyone looking for invites.

We were very impressed with MCC invitations! We live out of state & we were going to be in town for one day. After a few changes on our end, we submitted our order late the night before we were to be in town. They had our invites printed & ready for pickup the next morning. We were able to pick them up on our way home! The quality was great! I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing something quality & affordable.
