Our package price includes not only designing and printing your invitation, we also design and print matching insert cards at no extra cost. We also include white envelopes! We believe everyone deserves a beautiful wedding invitation, regardless of their budget.

Here is how to get started.

THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE:

1 – CHOOSE A DESIGN: We have vertical and horizontal design samples you can choose from. Just click on the Portfolios menu above to see a wide variety of custom wedding invitations that are either horizontal and vertical samples. Just provide us the sample number from the invitation in our gallery, which is viewable when you hover over the image.

Or, if you have found something online that you like, just email that sample to us and we will do our best to create something similar. Please send your email to: hello@mccweddinginvitations.com.

You can add photos to the front and/or back of your invitation, and mix and match elements, and choose different fonts from the samples. If you would like to choose other fonts not shown in our samples, you can visit www.dafont.com to select fonts. This website allows you to type in any text to display how that font will actually look when used.

If you already have a print-ready design, we’re happy to print it for you. Simply let us know your quantities and submit your high-resolution, print-ready files to: hello@mccweddinginvitations.com and we will take 10% off the cost of your order. We offer local pick-up or shipment to anywhere in the U.S. for your convenience.

2 – GATHER AND CHECK THE DETAILS: Gathered your design inspiration, and collect all the necessary information that will appear on the invitation. Ensure that you have the date, correct spelling of each name, event times, and addresses. Looking at our sample designs can provide you ideas for wording. We can help you with the wording for any insert(s) that matches the tone and style of your invitation.

3 – EMAIL THE INFORMATION: We will need the photos and the information that goes on the invite to get started. We can usually send you a digital proof back within a couple of business days. We will send the proof via email as a screen capture of the design, so the resolution is lower than the actual printing file.

4 – FINALIZE THE DESIGN: After receiving a proof via email, feel free to make changes and give us your feedback. We want you to be happy with your custom wedding invitations. We usually work on the insert after the invite design is finalized in order to make them to match the look of the invitation. Once you approve your proof it is important to remember that we are not responsible for any misspelling, or missing information.

5 – APPROVE THE DESIGN FOR PRINTING: Once your design is finalized and approved for printing, your custom wedding invitations are typically done within one business day.

6 – PAPER OPTIONS: Once your design is approved we will ask you about printing a sample for you and the paper choice you would like. Our package price includes printing on a gloss or matte cover stock.  We also offer some 80# cover linen (textured) stocks for an additional charge.

Glossy: If you’re looking for a smooth and more shiny look the gloss cover is the perfect choice. This finish is a 100# cardstock.

Matte: Our matte finish is an uncoated, 100# cardstock that has a slightly rougher texture with a bright-white base. This finish is great for designs with lots of white space and is the most popular choice among brides.

Textured: Our Mohawk 80# Linen Cover is perfect for a creative and distinctive look and feel. It comes in white and natural white colors, with some pearl (shimmery) finishes as well. These give your invite an elegant look.

Choosing the right paper finish depends on the style of your custom wedding invitations and the overall look and feel you want to achieve. If you’re not sure which one is right for you, we recommend requesting a complimentary sample pack. This way, you can see and feel the different paper finishes for yourself and choose the perfect one for your wedding invitation.
