Color or black and white?
Either one. MCC Wedding Invitations charges the same price for a full color wedding newspaper, a black and white one, or a mix of both, so you can choose the look that fits your wedding.

The price covers printing and folding your finished design. Your Etsy template is a separate purchase. A different size, a different page count or design changes need a separate quote.

MCC Wedding Invitations prices each complete folded newspaper, not each page, and the price per copy drops as you order more. Color and black and white are the same price.

Prices current as of October 2026. Shipping and any sales tax are extra. The minimum order is 5 newspapers ($20). Tip: close to a price break, a few more copies can cost less. For example, 45 copies are $180, but 50 copies are $150.
How long does wedding newspaper printing take?
MCC Wedding Invitations prints, folds and ships your newspapers within 2 business days after your order is ready. Shipping time is separate.
- Ready means: we have your final file, your proof approval and your payment.
- Daily cutoff: 5:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday to Friday. An order that becomes ready after 5:00 PM, on a weekend or on a holiday counts as the next business day.
- Example: approve and pay Tuesday at 3:00 PM, and your newspapers ship by Thursday. Approve at 6:00 PM, and they ship by Friday.
- Changes after you approve the proof can move the start date.
- Ground shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days after your order ships. Tell us the date you need them in hand, and we will check the schedule with you.
- Local pickup in Mapleton, Utah is free. Couples in Utah County, from Provo and Orem to Springville, Spanish Fork and Payson, can skip shipping and pick up at our shop at 616 West 600 South.

How do you prepare your wedding newspaper file?
The standard format at MCC Wedding Invitations is four 8.5x11 pages on one folded 11x17 sheet. An Etsy listing that says "11x17" can mean the open sheet or one finished page, so please check before you order.

A high-quality PDF with four portrait 8.5x11 pages in reading order: front cover, inside left, inside right, back cover. We arrange the pages for printing and folding.
Also fine: two spreads
Two 17x11 landscape spreads work too. Your proof will show the page order.

File tips
- In Canva, click Share, then Download, and choose PDF Print.
- Do not add crop marks or bleed unless we ask for them.
- Use your original photos, not screenshots. About 300 pixels per inch at the printed size looks best.
- Keep text and photos at least 1/4 inch from the edges and the center fold. Our printer leaves a narrow white border around the outside edges.
- If your background or border runs to the edge, your proof will show how it looks inside the printable area.
- Choose type large enough to read easily on the printed page.
Send it for a check before you order. Resizing can change text size and proportions, so we confirm what is possible and any extra charge first.

Is the price per page?
No. MCC Wedding Invitations prices each complete newspaper: one 11x17 sheet printed on both sides and folded into four 8.5x11 pages. It is $4 each for 5 to 49 copies and drops to $1.75 each for 175 or more, and color costs the same as black and white. Shipping and any sales tax are extra.
Can a wedding newspaper be our wedding program?

Is it printed on newsprint?
No. We print on 105 gsm (about 70 lb offset text) white paper, which is about twice as heavy as typical newsprint. Photos print sharper, and the newspaper holds up as a keepsake. It still folds and reads like a newspaper.
Can the design print all the way to the edge?
No. Our printer leaves a narrow white border around the outside edges, so keep text and photos at least 1/4 inch from the edges and the fold. Your proof shows exactly how it will look before we print.
