Can I still get cards printed in time for the holidays?
Yes. Orders using one of our templates and placed by 10 a.m. Mountain Time are printed and ready for pickup or shipping that same day, even in mid-December. Fully custom designs take 2–3 business days, so those aren't eligible for same-day service.
Can I send you a Canva design?
Yes. Send your Canva file, PDF, or print-ready design and we'll print it for you. Printing-only Canva orders receive 10% off. Cards you create with an AI image tool are printed at the regular prices shown above.
What if I don't have my photo or wording finalized yet?
That's okay. Send what you have and we'll help you sort out the greeting, layout, and photo placement before we send your proof.
How quickly will I get a proof?
Most proofs are ready within 1 business day, sent as an email screen capture so you can check names, wording, and layout before we print.
Can you print envelopes and addresses?
Yes. Every card includes a matching envelope, and we can print your return address and guest addresses directly on the envelopes.

Hi, I'm Janet. Each year more families are creating their own Christmas cards with AI image tools or Canva, and I enjoy seeing what everyone comes up with. Bring us your finished file and we will print it for you, then tuck a white envelope behind every card. Cards you make with an AI tool are printed at the regular prices in the pricing table above.
AI Can Create a One-of-a-Kind Design for You
AI can create amazing designs and backgrounds, and it can make a different one for every family. The sample cards below are here to show how simple it is to end up with something beautiful that no one else has. For each one I did three things:
- Ask AI to draw a frame. Paste one of the prompts below into your favorite AI image tool. It creates a decorative border and leaves the middle open.
- Add your photo. Place your own picture behind the frame in Canva, Photoshop, or any editor that can layer pictures.
- Type your names and greeting on top, then save the card as a PDF, PNG or high-quality JPG.
Since your real photo never passes through the AI, everyone in it keeps their own face. The photos and names on these samples are only examples, and yours will be your own.

Free Templates and File Tips
Download a free template with guide lines: portrait (5 x 7) or landscape (7 x 5). The red line is the card edge, and the green dashed line is a safe zone about a quarter inch inside it.
- A portrait card works best at about 1500 x 2100 pixels, and a landscape card at about 2100 x 1500. Always download the largest picture your AI tool offers.
- AI often misspells words, so leave lettering out of the picture and type your greeting yourself.
- Keep faces and words inside the green safe line.
- We cannot print famous cartoon characters or brand logos.

Questions About Printing Your Own Christmas Card
Can you print a Christmas card I made with ChatGPT, Gemini or Grok?
Yes. Send the finished PDF, PNG or JPG through the upload form. I look it over first, and if anything might not print well, I will let you know before you pay.
How big does my AI picture need to be?
Aim for roughly 1500 x 2100 pixels for a portrait card or 2100 x 1500 for a landscape card. Most AI tools do not offer an exact 5 x 7 shape, so pick the closest tall or wide option and let the template crop it.
How do I keep our family's faces looking like us?
Have the AI draw only the frame, then place your own photo behind it, the way the samples above were made. AI can change faces when it edits a photo, so this way is safer.
What if I want something printed on the back?
Available upon request. Please call or email and I will help.
What is the last day to order for Christmas?
December 19. Pick up in Mapleton or choose ground shipping for $10. If your cards need to be in hand before December 25, order early or plan on pickup.

Here is how to get started with your Christmas cards.
THE PROCESS IS SIMPLE:
1 – CHOOSE A DESIGN: Pick a template from the samples above. Providing us the sample number which is viewable when you hover over the image. If you have instead found something online that you like, just email us a screen shot or URL to us and we will do our best to create something similar. If you already have a digital file you want us to use, you can send that to us. Please send your email to: hello@mccweddinginvitations.com. Keep in mind, custom designs typically take 2-3 business days and are not available for same-day service.
You can add photos to your card, and mix and match elements, and choose different fonts from the samples. If you would like to choose other fonts not shown in our samples, you can visit www.dafont.com to select fonts. This website allows you to type in any text to display how that font will actually look when used.
If you have your own design, we’re happy to print it for you. Simply let us know your quantities and submit your high-resolution, print-ready files to: hello@mccweddinginvitations.com and we will take 10% off the cost of your order (cards made with AI image tools are printed at our regular prices). We offer local pick-up or shipment to anywhere in the U.S. for your convenience.
2 – EMAIL THE INFORMATION: We will need the photos and the information that goes on the card to get started. We will send a proof via email as a screen capture of the design, so the resolution is lower than the actual printing file.
3 – FINALIZE THE DESIGN: After receiving a proof via email, feel free to make changes and give us your feedback. We want you to be happy with your order. Once you approve your proof it is important to remember that we are not responsible for any misspelling, or missing information.
4 – APPROVE THE DESIGN FOR PRINTING: Once your design is finalized and approved for printing, we will email you an invoice with payment instructions. We do not start your order until your invoice is paid.
5 – PAY YOUR INVOICE: Quick payment of your invoice is needed to ensure your order prints and ships as soon as possible. You will be provided tracking information when you order ships. We ship using ground services with USPS or UPS.
